Postage and Packing

We take pride in how our goods are wrapped and you will find most are gift wrapped in coloured satin wrap (except for the very large items for which it would be nearly impossible!). The parcel is then wrapped in either an external box, padded envelope or a similar suitable outer.

We do re-use and recycle outer boxes as much as possible, which does reduce the amount of waste. If you particularly require your parcel to be in a new box please call us after making your order.

Once your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a further e-mail letting you know your parcel is on its way.

Most of our deliveries are via Royal Mail First Class Delivery or by Fed Ex. We aim to despatch deliveries as quickly as possible.

If there is no one in to receive the parcel a card will be left with either the redelivery details or the details of where the parcel may be collected from.

Delivery is charged at £3.90 per delivery address - unless stated otherwise.

For overseas delivery, postage is calculated individually so please email your order and delivery address to sales@poshhippo.com

We are sorry, but at the moment we are unable to deliver to a PO Box Number Address.

Collection

Feel free to collect any item; simply place your order then call us on 0117 230 3200 to arrange a suitable time. You can collect your order from: Waywick Farm, Waywick, Hewish, Somerset, BS24 6UZ. Your order will still be gift wrapped just the same as if it were posted.
