Simply browse our pages and add any items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping click on checkout and fill in your details to complete your order.
Payment
All prices are in UK Sterling and include VAT. We accept all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit (Delta), Solo, Maestro (Switch), American Express and Visa Electron.
Confirmation
Once we have received your order you will be sent a confirmation e-mail, detailing your delivery address and the items you have ordered. If there is a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the item you want is out of stock, please contact us and we'll let you know when it's available!
Returns and Exchanges
We would like you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase you make from Posh Hippo. If for any reason you would like to return a purchase, please follow the procedure below:
- Goods must be in new and unused condition.
- Goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Please include a 'reason for return' and a copy of your original receipt.
- Send to the address below.
Damaged Goods
Should your order arrive damaged, you must notify Posh Hippo by noon the next working day.
